What is a Cloth Pads?

A cloth pads is a feminine hygiene products use during menstrual cycle. It is made out of cloth worn to absorb the menstrual flow of a woman’s period. It is an alternative to disposable sanitary napkins and panty liners. They come in different sizes, styles, and colors.

How to Use and Choose Cloth Pads? You use cloth pads similar to how you use disposable pads. Determining which pads to choose and how many pads to use depends on your daily flow, frequency, and duration of your menstrual cycle. For example, if you typically change your disposable pad four-six times daily, you'll want to do the same with your cloth pads. Similar to disposable pads, if the pad becomes too saturated, it may leak, and it’s best to change your cloth pads more frequently. It is recommended to change your cloth pad before bed time and again in the morning.

Cloth pads consist of one holder and two inserts. It is designed to allow you to use one, two, or even three inserts for light, moderate, or heavy flow. Pantyliners are just one piece for very light flow. You can piece together how many you’d need to cover your cycle by tallying the products you’re already using.
